There is a 12 year old girl in the 6th grade at that school and she was recently sent to rt fisher for no reason good enough to actually have sent her to a place like that. The discrimination comes in, not only because the child doesn't deserve it, but because this girls mother is disabled and can't get her to the bus stop because she can't drive and doesn't own a car. I have children at this school. And it's probably aren't a handful of students who have not had a "check". All of mine have from time to time. And they will tell you it's not a big deal. If they have to serve lunch detention or breaks to work off checks, then so be it. If my children have done something wrong I expect them to be corrected. We are New to WMS and we received a letter stating facts about the Camp, but my concern is that it stated that we cannot contact our children for the 3 days that they are at camp and that they cannot contact us.
